Musicus Parvulus

You can read about the popular Christmas song, Little Drummer Boy, at Wikipedia.

Musicus Parvulus (unattributed, at Kealing.org)

"Veni," mi deferent (Pa rum pum pum pum),
"Ut Regem videas (Pa rum pum pum pum)
Munera ferimus (Pa rum pum pum pum),
Quae Regi donemus (Pa rum pum pum pum
Rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum),
Sic celebrantes (Pa rum pum pum pum),
Venientes."
Infans Jesu (Pa rum pum pum pum),
Ego, pauper puer (Pa rum pum pum pum)
Habeo nil doni (Pa rum pum pum pum),
Ad Regi donandum (Pa rum pum pum pum)
Rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum),
Tibi tinnitem (Pa rum pum pum pum)
Tympano?

Not bad for the first two verses, but what about the third? (That's the one which starts "Mary nodded ... The ox and lamb kept time," etc.)
